Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Below you’ll find answers to questions we’re often asked. Can’t find yours? Feel free to contact us — we reply personally, usually within 24 hours.

Are you, the owners, present during our stay?

The whole Domaine is yours alone during your stay. We ourselves (or a trusted caretaker) are on site during your stay, but we keep our distance — you’ll barely notice us. We’re only there for a personal welcome and to look after the pool now and then, always by arrangement and respecting your privacy.

What time can I arrive and leave?

You can arrive from 4 p.m., and we ask you to check out before 10 a.m. Does a different time suit you better? Just ask — sometimes it can be arranged.

Are dogs and cats welcome?

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome (maximum 2 in the holiday house and 1 in the gîte, and a maximum of 2 in total when the house and gîte are booked together), provided you tell us in advance and we have approved them. A cleaning contribution of € 40 per animal per stay applies. We also ask you not to let them on the beds or sofas, not to leave them alone in the house, and not to let them in the pool.

Is there wifi?

Yes, there is free, good wifi across the whole property — indoors and out. So you can easily work remotely for a week too.

How do I make a booking?

You send a request via the Booking & rates page. We review every request personally and usually confirm within 24 hours. You’ll then receive a (deposit) payment request from us to finalise your booking.
