The Domaine covers around 5,500 m². Everything close to the house is carefully laid out — pool, terraces, olive trees and the pétanque court. Beyond that the grounds give way to trees and scrub: not formally landscaped, and that is precisely what gives you complete privacy with no neighbours in sight.
The pool, 12 by 6 metres, is the heart of outdoor life here: big enough to swim proper lengths, with space to lie out, palm trees and seating areas all around.
The pool and a personal welcome
Our pool is generous (12 × 6 m) and has a roller cover that opens and closes each day. We take the time to do this personally: on arrival we quietly show you how the cover and the pool work — it only takes a moment — and we look after the water quality ourselves, so it's nothing for you to worry about. We come by a few times a week to check.
You are welcomed in person — by us, and sometimes by a trusted caretaker. If you book only the holiday house, we are discreetly nearby during that time, so we're quickly on hand if you have any questions. If you book the whole Domaine, we are not on the grounds and only come by for the pool. That way you can simply enjoy the water.
A terrace for every time of day
There are several terraces around the house, so you can always sit in the sun or in the shade. Under the timber-framed canopy stands a large table for dining together.
On the pool side you sit almost with your feet in the water; beside the house there is a sheltered spot under the veranda, and at the front a quiet corner for your morning coffee. Further along, among the olive trees and vine pergolas, you can end the day with a glass of Saint-Chinian.
Floodlit pétanque court
There is a pétanque court of your own, nicely lit — so you can still play a round with everyone after dinner.
Everything at a glance
All the bathrooms are being refitted in a luxury style — with rain showers, and in the largest master suite a generous bath with a 120 cm vanity unit and a spacious walk-in shower. In the living room a wood burner and air conditioning keep things comfortable in every season, with a relaxed seating area and a smart TV.
The photos already give an impression. Once the renovation and furnishing are finished, we’ll have professional photos taken — inside and out.
