An enquiry is not yet a confirmed booking: we confirm personally, usually within 24 hours. Once we approve it, the period is held for you and blocked for other guests.

What does it cost?
All rates are per night for the whole stay — whether you come as 2 or as 8.

In July and August the gîte can only be booked as part of house and gîte together.
Minimum stay: 7 nights in high season (July and August). Outside that: from 3 nights for the holiday house and for house and gîte together, and from 2 nights for the gîte.
Arrival & departure: arrival from 16:00, departure before 10:00.
Compulsory additional costs
- Tourist tax: € 3.74 per person per night (from 18 years; children up to 17 free), payable to the local authority.
- Final cleaning (once per stay): gîte € 75 · holiday house € 150 · house and gîte together € 225.
- Linen package (compulsory): € 15 per person per stay. You arrive to find the beds made up hotel-style, with plenty of towels and a bath or beach towel each — so there is no need to bring your own linen.
A hamper of local produce will also be waiting for you on arrival.
